These Conditions of Sale (hereinafter only "General Conditions") regulate the sale of products marketed by the company Gianni Castaldini Srl of Parma in order to ensure maximum transparency and clarity in the relationship with users. All sales and purchase transactions, between the Seller and the Customer, will be regulated by the following General Conditions.
Registration
Users who intend to purchase on Gianni Castaldini Srl and use the services on the site must register. The user who registers declares that he/she has read the Privacy Policy, and that the personal data entered is true, as well as correct, assuming full responsibility for the information provided. In the event of changes, the user is required to promptly inform the Company.
Acceptance of the conditions of sale
The contract stipulated between the company Gianni Castaldini Srl and the Customer must be considered concluded, even if only partially of the order, by Gianni Castaldini Srl . Such acceptance is considered implied, upon prior communication, in any manner, to the Customer. By placing an order in the various ways provided, the Customer declares to have read all the information provided to him during the purchase procedure and to fully accept the general conditions of sale.
Product Availability and Order Fulfillment
The e-commerce system adopted on the Gianni Castaldini Srl website is designed to guarantee the Customer maximum transparency, indicating in real time the exact status of availability of the Products in stock and related delivery times.
However, it should be noted that multiple users can place orders for the same item/s at the same time and consequently vary the quantity of products in our warehouse. In this case, we will take care to inform the Customer by telephone or e-mail of any problems related to the availability of the product, who will then be able to freely decide whether or not to cancel the order placed. In the event of cancellation, you will be immediately refunded the amount paid.

reserves the right to fulfill, even partially, orders received based on the availability of products in stock.
We also remind you that the images and information contained in the product sheets are indicative and sometimes may not fully correspond to the actual characteristics of the item, although we show great care and attention in this too.
Orders
Orders are accepted only and exclusively via the Internet (on-line). The customer who sends the order directly from the site will receive, at the end of the procedure, an electronic mail (e-mail) communication confirming the order, with the indication of the relative order number. In the event that, after sending the order, the order number does not appear (after a few minutes), the proposal will be considered as not accepted, for all legal purposes, even if for accounting, administrative reasons or lack of product.
It is possible to cancel an order only if it has not yet been processed and the goods have not yet been shipped, by telephone or by written communication to be sent by email to info@guayaberaatmosphere.com .
For orders already processed, the customer must exercise the Right of Withdrawal.
Selling prices
All sales prices displayed on the Gianni Castaldini Srl website are indicated in Euros and include VAT. They may be subject to change without notice. Shipping costs, except in exceptional or promotional cases, are the responsibility of the Customer, clearly displayed before completing the order. In the event of a discrepancy in prices, following the Customer's order, these will be immediately communicated to the Customer by telephone or by e-mail who, without any penalty, may withdraw from the purchase commitment undertaken.
Delivery methods and times
Shipments are made exclusively by courier, which delivers within 10/20 working days (with some exceptions) following the order processing throughout Italy. Shipping costs are paid by the customer, clearly visible at the time of placing the order. For uninsured goods, Gianni Castaldini Srl assumes no responsibility for the loss, tampering or breakage of the product/s purchased and for any delays in delivery by the shipping companies.
