Complaints and returns

Upon receipt of the goods, the Customer is required to immediately verify their condition and conformity. Complaints regarding the conformity of the products, also in relation to their quantity and/or external appearance, must be made in writing using the appropriate procedure and the appropriate form for requesting the return of authorized materials (RMA). The goods must be sent carriage paid to our warehouses accompanied by a transport document on which the RMA number must be indicated. Goods without this number will not be accepted. In the event of an RMA request for a faulty or damaged product, if the returned product is found to be in working order, Gianni Castaldini Srl reserves the right to charge the cost of transport for the return of the goods, and a flat rate amount as reimbursement for technical expenses of € 25.00 + VAT. If the return is accepted, it will be refunded net of shipping costs.

If you made a purchase as a Guest without registering on our site, the return procedure is slightly different.

indicating your order number and the reason for the return. Be sure to include all the information necessary to process your request as quickly and efficiently as possible.

After submitting your return request, please wait for our confirmation and detailed instructions on how to proceed.

Once we receive your return and verify that the product is in proper condition, we will process your refund. The refund will be made using your original payment method.

Please note that the return process may take a few days, but we will do our best to resolve your request as quickly as possible.

Applicable law and competent court

This agreement is governed by Italian law. For any dispute that may arise on the interpretation and execution of this agreement, the court of Parma will have jurisdiction.

RETURN POLICY

To exercise the right of withdrawal, it is necessary to send, within 14 calendar days of receiving the purchased product, a communication in which the intention to withdraw from the purchase contract is clearly expressed. This communication must be sent by registered letter with acknowledgement of receipt. The communication can also be sent, within the same period, by telegram (to the company address). The consumer must then arrange, using a courier of his choice, for the shipment of the product (if possible in the original packaging and, in any case, always carefully packaged) and everything originally contained. The consumer must make this shipment within fourteen working days from the date on which he sent the communication of exercising the right of withdrawal.
